Shipping Options

At FLOPSHOTS.com, you can choose one of the following FedEx shipping options.

FedEx Standard Ground / Home Delivery is the cheapest form of delivery.  If you choose this option, you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 17 days.  Since your order is completely customized, it generally takes a few days to produce your personalized product and prepare it for shipping.

If you would like to receive your order more quickly, please consider selecting the FedEx Standard Overnight shipping option at checkout.

FedEx Standard Overnight:  This option is a little more expensive than Standard Ground.  However, if you choose this option, you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 13 days.  Since your order is completely customized, it generally takes a few days to produce your personalized product and prepare it for shipping.

Please note that the FedEx Standard Overnight option is next business day(s) only. This excludes Holidays and Weekends. Choosing the FedEx Standard Overnight shipping option minimizes delivery days, not order processing days.

Shipping and Handling Costs

To see your shipping costs, simply place your desired item(s) in the shopping cart and select your desired shipping option.  You will see the shipping costs for your desired item(s) prior to checkout. Shipping of items is based on the number of items ordered, the shipping method selected, and credit card authorization.

FedEx Standard Ground / Home Delivery:  Shipping charges for this option range between $7.00 and $10.00 for a single item, depending on the shipping destination.  Shipping charges for orders with multiple items will be higher and are based on the total number of items and the shipping destination.

FedEx Standard Overnight:  Shipping charges for this option range between $12.00 and $29.00 for a single item, depending on the shipping destination.  Shipping charges for orders with multiple items will be higher and are based on the total number of items and the shipping destination.

Please note that your credit card will be charged only for those items shipped.  In the event of a credit card problem, we will email you immediately to inform you of the situation.  Then, we will wait up to 10 business days for your response and send you an email notification before canceling the order.  Our Customer Service Department responds to all emails within 48 business hours.  Customer Service hours of operation for responding to emails are Monday - Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. 

Order Processing

We will process your order within 4 to 6 business days.  In some cases, we will be able to process your order within a few days of the date you place your order.  In addition to the time required to process your order, time is required for the shipment of your order based on the shipping method you select.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to addresses outside the US.  We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
