Personalizing Images

How do I get the “Players Championship Standard Bearer Sign” and “AT&T Champions Classic Standard Bearer Sign” images to show two different names?

In these two images, you can enter two different names.  To personalize these images with two different names, simply type your last name, a space, and then a different last name in the gray text box above the image.  After typing both names with a space in between them, click on “Preview Your Image” and both names will appear in their designated spaces.

Account Setup

How do I set up an account?

To set up an account, click on “Login” or “Register” in the upper right-hand corner of our website.  Then type in the requested information on the “My Account Information” page.  Click the “Continue” button at the bottom of the page when finished.

If I forget my password, how can I get it?

To retrieve your account password, simply click on “Login” in the upper right-hand corner of our website.  Once on the “Welcome, Please Sign In” page, look under the “Returning Customer” section and click on “Password forgotten? Click here”.  Once a new page opens, simply enter your email address.  An email with a new password will automatically be sent to your email address.  If you’d like to change this password, simply log into your account with your new password, click on “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner of the website, and then click on “Change my account password” while on the “My Account Information” page.

Purchasing Items

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy and secure!  To purchase a personalized image, simply click on the “Buy Your Image Now” button that appears below the image on the Personalize page.  A new page with detailed product information will open.  Once this new page opens, simply type the name or message you want to appear in the image and then select the product option you want to purchase (i.e. framed image, poster-size print, or digital download).  After entering this information, just click the “Buy Now” button to move the selected item into your “Shopping Cart.”  On the next page, you can either continue to shop by clicking the “Cont Shopping” button or proceed to purchase by clicking on the “Checkout” button.      

Can I delete my order from my shopping cart?

To delete an item from your shopping cart, simply click on the small box located to the left of the item you want to delete (while on the “Your Shopping Cart” page).  Once this box is checked, just click the “Update Cart” button located at the bottom, and the item will be removed from your shopping cart.

Can I cancel my order once it is submitted?

Since we customize every order and begin processing all orders immediately, you cannot cancel your order once you submit it.  Our detailed checkout process provides multiple opportunities to review your order before placing it.  You can find information on our return policy by clicking on “Returns” located at the bottom of our website.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Immediately after submitting your order, a confirmation page will appear on your screen letting you know that your order was placed successfully.  You will also receive a confirmation email with your order number and order summary.  We encourage you to print out a copy of this email for your records.

What should I do if I have a problem submitting my order?

If you have any questions, please feel free to send an email to support@flopshots.com.  One of our online customer service representatives will respond to your email promptly. 

Payment Options

What types of payment options are available?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover).  At this time, we do not accept checks, money orders or any other credit card.

Why is my credit card being declined?

The most common reason why a credit card is declined is because the address that the issuing credit card company has on file does not match what is entered in the “Bill to” information on the website.  Please understand that this type of security is provided for your protection.  If you experience any problems using your credit card, please check with your bank to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information or simply change the “Bill to” information in your account to match the information on file with your credit card company.

Packaging and Shipping

How are your framed prints packaged?

We take every measure in our packaging process to ensure your framed print arrives in excellent condition.  Each print is securely fastened inside our shipping container and insulated with a foam inner material to prevent any movement during shipment.  Our packaging has been thoroughly tested and configured to minimize the damage that can occur during shipment.

How are poster-sized prints packaged?

Each poster-sized print is wrapped in 25 lb. translucent paper designed to protect your image from grease, moisture, and scratches.  The wrapped print is then packaged in a strong, 3-ply spiral-wound shipping tube with plastic end caps to reinforce the tube’s shape and seal the container.

What are my shipment options?

All orders are shipped through FedEx via the “Standard Ground” (if ship-to address is a business) or “Home Delivery” (if ship-to address is a residence) methods unless specified otherwise at checkout.  FedEx Standard Ground and Home Delivery are the cheapest forms of delivery.  If you choose either of these two options, you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 17 days.  Since your order is completely customized, it generally takes a few days to produce your personalized product and prepare it for shipping.  If you would like to receive your order more quickly, you can choose the FedEx Standard Overnight option, which is a little more expensive than Standard Ground and Home Delivery.  However, if you choose this option, you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 13 days.  Again, since your order is completely customized, it generally takes a few days to produce your personalized product and prepare it for shipping.

Please note that FedEx Standard Overnight option is next business day(s) only. This excludes Holidays and Weekends.  Choosing this option minimizes delivery days, not order processing days.

How do I know what my shipping costs will be before I submit my order?

During checkout, the first page is the “Delivery Information” section.  On this page, you will see the exact FedEx shipping charge for your order.  This charge is based on the delivery method you choose (“Standard Ground”, “Home Delivery”, or “Standard Overnight Delivery”).

How will I know that my order was shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive notification via email.  This email will also contain your FedEx shipment tracking number.

How can I track my shipment?

A customer representative will respond to your email promptly.

When will my order arrive?

Because of our unique print personalization process, all orders are custom made.  FedEx “Standard Ground” and “Home Delivery” orders typically arrive at your door step within 7-17 business days after your order has been placed.  Orders shipped with the “Standard Overnight” delivery method will arrive within 7-13 days after your order has been placed.  Please know that these are general delivery guidelines, and your ordered product could arrive much sooner.

Do you ship to Canada or International?

At this time, we do not ship to addresses outside the US.  However, if you like our personalized images and live outside the US, you can always download it to your desktop and enjoy it as wallpaper on your computer or mobile device.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Framed prints CANNOT be shipped to a P.O. Box.  Please enter a physical address when purchasing framed items.  Most unframed, poster-sized prints can be shipped to a P.O. Box, but we encourage you to confirm with your P.O. Box provider in advance of placing your order.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you received a damaged or defective item and have your original receipt, we will gladly issue a refund if you return the item(s), your receipt, and a completed Return Form within 30 days of the purchase date.  Without a receipt and completed Return Form, we will not accept any returns or issue any refunds.  In addition, any damaged or defective item(s) returned after 30 days of the purchase date will not be accepted.

Since each one of our items is customized, we cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds unless the item(s) is damaged or defective.  An item can be returned, however, if it contains a name or message that does not match the spelling you provided when you completed our checkout process.  In this case, we will recognize our error and gladly issue a refund if you return the item(s), your original receipt, and a completed Return Form within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that we cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds for any reasons except those noted above.  For more detail on our Return Policy, please click on the tab “Returns” link at the bottom of our website.

How do I return a product?

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete our Return form in full.  An incomplete form will delay the return process.  You can find our Return Form on the “Returns” page of our website.
  2. Pack the item in the original shipping container, if possible.
  3. Include your receipt and return form in the package and send to the address below.
  4. Use a shipping service that provides tracking of your returned item/package.  We recommend using FedEx.  FLOPSHOTS.com is not responsible for lost or stolen returns.
  5. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing your return.

Downloading Your Image

How do I download an image?

After selecting and personalizing a particular image, simply click on the “Get This as a Digital Download – Click Here” button while on the product description page.  You will see this button in the section titled “2. Pick Your Product”.  Once you click on this button, a new page will appear with more detailed instructions on completing your download purchase.

How do I save my personalized sports photo on my computer?

  1. Log into your account on www.flopshots.com.
  2. Click on My Account in the upper right corner of the website.
  3. Click on the "View" button next to your order.
  4. click on the blue title of your download under "Download Links".
  5. A new window ("File Download") will open with 3 options: 1) Open, 2) Save, 3) Cancel. Click on "Save" and then specify a folder (like Desktop or Pirctures) within which to save your personalized sports photo.

How can I use or put my digital download on my Blackberry?

  1. Right click on your personalized sports photo and save it to your desktop.
  2. Email the image from your computer to your BlackBerry.
  3. Open the attachment on your BlackBerry (and view "full content" if prompted).
  4. Click "Save" and save to your /home/user/pictures directory (which should pop up by default).
  5. Go to your Pictures folder, select the image, and choose "Set as Home Screen Image".

Who do I contact if I experience a problem downloading my image?

If you are having problems with downloading your image, please click on the “Contact” tab on the top navigation bar and send us an email to support@flopshots.com detailing your specific problem.  We will respond to your problem via email with 24 hours.

Gift Certificates, Wish Lists, and Image Sharing

How can I purchase a gift certificate?

To purchase an electronic gift certificate, simply mouse over the “Gifts” tab (located near the top of every web page) and click on “Gift Cards”.  Once a new web page opens, follow the instructions to select a gift certificate amount and make your purchase.  Redeemable for any item on our website, FLOPSHOTS.com gift certificates are the perfect gift for friends, family members, employees, and clients.  After selecting a gift certificate amount and completing the checkout process, we will send you an email with a unique code that can be used for any item on our website.  A balance will be maintained until the entire amount of your gift certificate is used.

What is a “Wish List” and how do I use it?

Picking out that special gift can be difficult.  With our Wish Lists, you can make it easy on your friends and loved ones by letting them know what products you’d like to receive for any special event or Holiday.  Our Wish Lists make it fun and simple.  Simply click the “Buy Your Image Now” button on the PERSONALIZER page.  Then follow the steps to make your purchase, but instead of clicking on the “Buy Now” button, click on the “Wish List” button.  Once a new page appears, you will see final instructions on how to send your wish list to friends and family.

How can I send an image to a friend or family member?

We want you to spread the news about FLOPSHOTS.com!  In the Preview Section of our site, simply type in your name in the gray text box above the image and then click the “Preview Your Image” button.  Your name will now be inside the image!  To send this image in an email, simply click on the “Send to a Friend” button, and you will be redirected to a page with more detailed instructions on sending that image to a friend or family member.

Product Inquiries

How do I search for a product I can’t seem to find?

If you are having difficulty finding a specific sport, college, or product, go to the Home Page and locate the “Search” tab in the left navigation bar.  Then enter a key word into the gray text box (example: Georgia or UGA) and click the “GO” button.  Our search engine will scour the website to find the image(s) you are looking for.  Once found, you will be redirected to a page that contains all of the images relating to the key word you entered.

What if I don’t find a product I am searching for?

Please check back periodically to see if we have added your desired product.  We are constantly adding new sports and products to our website.  You can also send an email to support@flopshots.com with the details of your merchandise inquiry.

How can I make a product suggestion?

We would love to hear your suggestions on new products.  Just click the “Contact” tab located near the top of every web page.  Once a new page appears, simply fill in your Name, Phone Number, and Email Address and type in your product suggestion in the field labeled “Questions or Comments”.  Then click on the “Submit” button.

How can I stay informed on your company and new product introductions?

When registering to set up an account with FLOPSHOTS.com, you will see a box next to the word “Register”.  If you want to stay informed on our company and new product introductions, simply click on this box.  By doing so, you will become the first to know when new collections are added and special promotions are offered.
